As I live in Melbourne, I decided that I would need a buyers agent to help purchase a new property in Noosa. After my first call with Kristy, I knew that she would be great! Having a large list of wants for my property, Kristy was amazing at bringing a variety of options to us, some on market with great insights and some off market. Also being new to Noosa, she was extremely helpful in educating me on the different types of properties, areas and more.Kristy sent through videos of every property that I was interested in, face timed and organised all inspections in one day that I was able to come up and visit. After each visit she debriefed with me, helping me decide on the best fit for myself and my family. The process was extremely smooth and easy with Kristy making offers on my behalf and negotiating to meet my needs. She ensured that all the inspections and reports were up to standard and the property was in perfect condition for us.Kristy was so positive, patient, kind, professional and 100% invested in finding us the perfect property at the right price and location with all the features we were looking for. Kristy put in significant time and effort to do so and kept us well informed every step of the way, her expertise and knowledge is amazing.For us to have gone through that entire process without her would not have been possible, especially living in a different state. Kristy exceeded our expectations and went way beyond what a buyer’s agent would usually do, assisting us with the pre settlement inspection, the settlement and even after, providing us with reliable contacts for additional services required such as cleaning, swimming pool servicing, gardening, and more. Meeting various providers on site, arranging access, assisting with deliveries. Kristy is the best in the business and I would highly recommend her to anyway purchasing property in the area!

Kristy assisted us in buying an apartment in Little Cove, Noosa Heads. We are based in Sydney and had specific requirements of what we were after. Kristy fully understood our brief and got straight to work. She reviewed every apartment that met our brief and worked tirelessly until we secured our desired apartment. Kristy went over and above with her service. She was responsive, pro-active and ensured that everything ran smoothly including providing detailed videos of all inspections, negotiations and the contract work. Kirsty is dedicated, knowledgeable and a delight to deal with. We would recommend Kristy to anyone looking to secure their dream apartment on the Sunshine Coast.
