Secured our dream acreage property thanks to Negotiata! (THIS WOULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED WITHOUT THIS TEAM). Leon has been the most incredible person to work with on our property journey. (We wish we found Negotiata earlier). From the very beginning of engaging him to act on our behalf to negotiate on a property, to the final steps towards settlement of our dream property, this man has gone ABOVE AND BEYOND in every way shape and form. We had several curveballs thrown at us along the way, he handled them all and made any problems go away SO FAST. He always communicated clearly and made sure we were always kept in the loop, he kept open lines of communication with agents, and always followed up straight away with the agents, (so we were not waiting on answers for long periods of time at all). Leon is so passionate about what he does, and you can really tell. He is one in a million. And EVERYONE on a property purchase journey needs Negotiata in their corner. It will literally save you HUGE amounts of money, save you time, and save you the huge levels of stress of dealing with agents in a crazy real estate market. Mikaela has been fantastic!!!! She has assisted with securing my dream home, she negotiated on my behalf and got me a massive discount on my property! I highly recommend Mikaela and her team for their dedication and willingness to go above and beyond! Mikaela and Theo have smashed it out the ball park and I recommend them to everyone I meet! They where an absolute god send and I would not be where I am today without them. 1000 out of 10! ❤️
