It’s never easy for a new migrant (just like me) to buy an ideal property, even if I have been in Brisbane for over 3 years, however, I used to work for a relocation company (agency for clients who pay to rent properties) in other country before I came to Australia, my past occupational experiences told me that I need a professional to escort me through the house hunting journey.I have searched around then found a company with branch offices across key cities of Australia and clear instructions listed on the neatly designed official website – National Property Buyers (NPB). Then I have made an enquiry by calling Mr. Stephen McGee without any hesitation. Following through the initial face to face consultation, I have engaged NPB as my advocate and luckily, the upcoming pleasant experiences of cooperating with Stephen proved that I have made a wisdom decision indeed:- A genuine real estate professional, with extensive knowledge and solid experience;- Efficient responsiveness with all of the phone calls, text messages and emails;- Always patient to clients from a different cultural background and accommodating to handle enquiries inter-culturally which made the process much easier and joyful.Stephen has removed all the house hunting stress out of me but I have never expected to get the right property in just 10 days! Here are the reasons why I call it as “right”:- Exact the place we would like to live in;- Exact the type of property we are looking for;- Smartly purchased within our budget;- Great potential to increase property value.I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Stephen and his team, with the help from NPB my entire process of property purchase was pretty smooth and hassle-free.
