Jaye went above and beyond securing our home. After a few months of little supply and increasing prices we were feeling a bit defeated. Jaye kept persisting and found the right one. He was always giving us options to consider, always chasing up new properties with agents and inspected many properties for us. He kept us involved and informed every step of the search and definitely made us feel he had our best interest in mind, and we weren’t always easy clients feeling the pressures of this very competitive market. He found the property, very confidently negotiated and took care of all the logistics with inspections, reports and settlement etc. and overall saved us a lot of time and money. He also works with an incredible team of mortgage brokers and conveyancing. Highly recommend Jaye. He is authentic, incredibly knowledgeable and definitely passionate and driven!

We honestly could not have gotten our forever family home without Jaye. We had a challenging brief due to financial constraints and a non negotiable of a particular schooling catchment zone. Jaye showed us every option possible within and outside of our requests to ensure that we had all of the information possible. We had resided to the fact that our budget meant we would have a beautiful home that we may potentially out grow in size as a family or have a house that is a fixer upper. His trades knowledge was beneficial in advising us of approximate costs for renovations needed with this. But then… Jaye’s auction skills came out and he secured us our forever family home that is move in ready, bigger than we imagined, in an incredible area and a place that will grow with our family. We can’t thank you enough Jaye.

From the beginning, we had a very clear vision and some fairly specific requirements around location, value, and long-term potential. Jaye took the time to truly understand what mattered to us and never once tried to steer us toward something that wasn’t the right fit. His patience, insight, and strategic guidance throughout the search gave us complete confidence that we were on the right path. When the right house finally came up, his expertise really showed. At auction, he was worth his weight in gold. His calm approach, deep knowledge of the market, and ability to read the room gave us a huge advantage. We genuinely believe we wouldn’t have secured our dream home without him
