We had an exceptional experience securing an investment property with Iszac, Henna, and the team at Momentum Wealth. From the start, they took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and were always quick to answer any questions. Their communication, professionalism, and expertise made the entire process smooth and completely stress free. Iszac kept our finance approvals moving extremely quickly so we were ready to act as soon as the right property came up. Henna gave us outstanding insight, market knowledge, and opportunities by leveraging her contacts, which made buying in such a competitive market feel effortless. We had an amazing experience with the Momentum Wealth team, especially our BA, Luke Jones, and our broker, Iszac Wayne. Luke supported us throughout the entire process, from searching for the right property to finalising the purchase. He is very knowledgeable, and without him we wouldn’t have achieved such a great result. Especially in this very challenging market, Luke managed to secure a property for us that we didn’t think we could purchase. Iszac has been extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and very patient with all our questions. Most importantly, working with both Luke and Iszac was a very pleasant experience due to their responsiveness. We were always kept updated and felt confident asking questions - we learned a lot from them! We would also like to mention Cathrine Santiago, who helped us with all the paperwork, and Sebastien How and his team, who have been working on the rental strategy.
