Thank you Lesley,The way you handled being our sellers advocate was above and beyond.-You saved us hundreds on photography-interviewed perspective agents to sell-made a great deal with them saving us again-kept the agent on track with our needs and did not allow him to be untruthful or shady-achieved a higher result than the agent would have alone, with your excellent negotiation skills-made sure the contract was ship shape in our favour, even teaching the other agent a thing or two on contract law.-you had us our first offer in under two weeks and under contract shortly after-this would never have been possible if you hadn’t pushed the agent every step of the way.-You kept the level of professionalism at elite standard.Then thank you for being our buyers agent!-you got to know us so well, our needs & wishes for a new property- you found us perfect homes to see- on house inspection #7 we found the gem! Better homes and gardens at baulkham hills are honestly such a breath of fresh air. They have been truly such a pleasure to work with I am eternally grateful for all their hard work and the care that they have put in to every detail of such a big process in mine and my families lives so a big thank you to Trevor and his beautiful team 🙏
