After becoming frustrated with the buying process and as a solo mum, I was at breaking point when I reached out to Lauren from Moore Buyers Agency who connected with me quickly. Alecia Zillman was determined to be the best Buyers Agent for me from Moore Buyer’s Agency. I had a tight budget and specific areas in mind and Alecia listened and secured me an beautiful off market property, with everything I wanted within a few weeks. Alecia nailed it! Alecia took all of the stress out of the process and it became enjoyable. I looked forward to receiving emails with what Alecia had found off market. Alecia was patient, set my expectations, negotiated on my behalf, communicated quickly and was empathetic of my situation and used her vast network to secure my very first home for myself and my little one. We had a great experience with Lauren. She worked absolutely tirelessly to find us a great home and handled all of the negotiations to make it ours. She has great relationships with all of the agents in the area and it shows - most of the places we looked at were off-market and private inspections. Her experience and networks were invaluable, and she was an absolute pleasure to work with the whole way through the process. When we're in the market again we know exactly who we'll call first.
