As first home buyers from interstate, we were not familiar with the process of purchasing a property in Queensland. From the very first time we contacted Lauren Jones, she guided us with patience and expertise. Even after work hours and on weekends, she responded promptly to our queries. Lauren’s knowledge of the Queensland housing market is truly impressive, and she managed our buying process exceptionally well. She connected us with reliable pest and inspection services, a great conveyancer, and even secured our first home off-market at a good price in a fantastic location. Since we are not based in Queensland, Lauren handled all the inspections on our behalf and kept us updated every step of the way. Her professionalism, clear communication, and genuine care built a strong relationship with us throughout the journey. We are very happy and satisfied customers, and we are extremely grateful for Lauren’s support in making our first home purchase such a smooth and positive experience. She is highly recommended — if it were possible to give her more than 5 stars, we absolutely would.

Lauren was fabulous and saved our sanity when trying to buy into a crazy Brisbane market. She was full of energy, ideas, had great relationships with real estate agents and turned what would have been a nightmare into a much simpler process in a short time. Lauren really knows her stuff and guided us beautifully through the purchasing maze. Many people put in offers on so many properties and spend months going to open homes and being misled by real estate agents. Not us! Although we ultimately bought a unit we had already inspected, there was still so much Lauren was able to do to get it over the line. She has contacts everywhere and even referred us to a broker who could sort out finance at the last minute when another broker had dropped the ball. We would engage her again if the opportunity arises and have no hesitation in referring her to friends if they want to buy in Brissie. Thanks so much Lauren.

We engaged Lauren to help us purchase our second property in an incredibly overwhelming Brisbane market, and we genuinely couldn’t have done it without her. We had a tight budget and clear requirements, and Lauren absolutely went above and beyond to help us secure the perfect home for our family. From viewing the property to settling in under 6 weeks - she made it happen! Her knowledge of the Brisbane market was incredible, especially knowing what areas would suit our family lifestyle long-term. It’s also very clear that Lauren is highly respected within the industry, and her connections and relationships definitely came in handy throughout the process.
