I had flown up to Brisbane over Easter to check the lay of the land, so by the time we were on the ground we had narrowed down our search areas. I met the team at their beautiful Paddington offices where they provided detailed suburb reports to get us started — and whenever I stumbled upon new options, Kyra had updated reports in my inbox within minutes. So helpful and so detailed, covering everything from flood mapping to property growth and recent sales. The team moved fast — a property came up with offers due that night, and we had planned to view it the coming Saturday. Instead, Rachael’s detailed walkthrough video gave us the confidence to act quickly. That same night, Joanna secured our offer over multiple others on the condition we view it the next morning.
