I had flown up to Brisbane over Easter to check the lay of the land, so by the time we were on the ground we had narrowed down our search areas. I met the team at their beautiful Paddington offices where they provided detailed suburb reports to get us started — and whenever I stumbled upon new options, Kyra had updated reports in my inbox within minutes. So helpful and so detailed, covering everything from flood mapping to property growth and recent sales. The team moved fast — a property came up with offers due that night, and we had planned to view it the coming Saturday. Instead, Rachael’s detailed walkthrough video gave us the confidence to act quickly. That same night, Joanna secured our offer over multiple others on the condition we view it the next morning. With my busy lifestyle and hectic schedule Joanna and her wonderful team made finding a house and managing the negotiations so easy and stress free. Huge thanks to Jo, Rachael, Kim, Kyra, Breeze and Oliver for finding and facilitating my purchase of the perfect home on the river at Hamilton Reach. I couldn’t have done it without you. After a frustrating six months of fruitless open home inspections and missed sales, Jo and the team at Joanna Boyd Buyers Advocate agency took control and facilitated my purchase within a few weeks. They were proactive, responsive to my needs, and super encouraging. They really cared! I found the videos of open home inspections with a summary of pros and cons very useful, along with communication via the Trello board to keep a track of potential properties, including off-market ones, and a timeline for upcoming inspections.
