If I would say, I was a lamb in the property market in Sydney, Jay has been my shepherd.I started my interaction in with Jay in Aug 2020 through a reference. I was totally sold out to Jay in his property investment strategy after first meeting.Due to turbulent job times, Jay was very accommodating to let me decide on joining his program.I learnt a lot with him over a period of one year of engagement. He was always very helpful in shaping my thought process around buying a property.Jay has never been pushy but always gave me a neutral stand to my decisions. But he always gave me fair amount of information while being able to make my decisionson my own. Jay has an ocean of information in real estate space and he was never short of information.So right from the point of deciding on strategy - viz. investment or for living, location , pricing to zero-ing on the area, visiting the properties together,understanding the changing dynamics , finalizing the property and closing the deal - Jay has been my shadow all the times.Jay helped me get such a great deal off the market which I would have never been able to find on my own.Even now, Jay is always approachable for any questions post purchase.I would say, it started my exploring the market and find a buyers agent and I ended up being a great friend and solicited advisor for investment in real estate.Thanks much Jay. You rock ! 5 stars are less for the value you give to customers

We had an incredible experience working with Jay, Caroline and their team. From day one, the process felt completely personalised to our goals and situation. They took the time to really understand what we wanted and never once rushed us into a decision just for the sake of buying. They genuinely take care of everything and make what can be an overwhelming process feel simple and well thought out. Communication was clear the whole way through, and we always felt supported and confident in the decisions being made. What really stood out to us is how much they actually care, not just about the investment, but about the people behind it. Jay, Caroline and their team operate with such integrity, patience and professionalism, and that shows at every stage. We couldn’t recommend them highly enough to anyone looking for buyer’s agents who truly put their clients first.
