In brief, very happy with the service and recommend highly. Took away all the hassle and stress of buying and tenanting a property.Buyers agent: we live in victoria and wanted to buy an investment property in Brisbane. Curtis was fantastic. Looked after everything from choosing the right area, providing reports, engaging agents for both listed and unlisted properties, attending inspections, valuations and connecting us to other reputable services such as conveyancers. Always made himself available if we had any questions or concerns. We got a great property for a good price. I actually think we saved money because of Curtis.Property management: considering the great service we received when buying the property, it was a no brainer when Curtis offered property management services. It was a smooth handover to Courtney who again, looked after everything. We received regular reports on property interest, lists of applicants with short-listing and a nice blurb on each and even arranged for inspections to happen pre-settlement (with vendors permission). Courtney has great communication, quick to follow up on things and is really personable. We secured a great tenant who moved in the day after settlement!

Meagan at Investeps has been extremely helpful in coordinating the flooring and painting work on our Rental property. She was very considerate of the impact the renovations might have on me and worked hard to ensure the job was scheduled and managed with minimal disruption to the tenants. Her communication, organization, and genuine concern for tenant comfort made the entire process much smoother. I greatly appreciate her professionalism and dedication. Ive not seen a Property Manager have such genuine concern for their Tenants.

We were super duper happy with Trent’s work in buying our next investment purchase in Moreton Bay. It wasn’t easy buying - a hot market, which saw us get outbid a number of times & some challenging negotiations. Trent acted quickly and was calm, professional & super humble - our sort of guy! It the end, we got the perfect property that ticked more boxes than we knew we had! Super happy. Thank you.
