In brief, very happy with the service and recommend highly. Took away all the hassle and stress of buying and tenanting a property.Buyers agent: we live in victoria and wanted to buy an investment property in Brisbane. Curtis was fantastic. Looked after everything from choosing the right area, providing reports, engaging agents for both listed and unlisted properties, attending inspections, valuations and connecting us to other reputable services such as conveyancers. Always made himself available if we had any questions or concerns. We got a great property for a good price. I actually think we saved money because of Curtis.Property management: considering the great service we received when buying the property, it was a no brainer when Curtis offered property management services. It was a smooth handover to Courtney who again, looked after everything. We received regular reports on property interest, lists of applicants with short-listing and a nice blurb on each and even arranged for inspections to happen pre-settlement (with vendors permission). Courtney has great communication, quick to follow up on things and is really personable. We secured a great tenant who moved in the day after settlement!

His insight and deep understanding of the property market, along with his thorough analysis of the property and future value forecasting, were instrumental in helping me make an informed and confident decision. From advising on how to present the best offer, to navigating the finer details of the purchase, Curtis’s guidance was invaluable. I can honestly say that without his help, I’d likely still be searching for the right place. I couldn’t recommend his services highly enough.
