We teamed up with Jade and Vern to help us find our forever home. Our previous search took around eight(8) months and still required compromises, so this time we wanted to ensure we found the perfect house in the right location without settling for less. From the very beginning, they were highly professional and courteous in all their interactions. They took the time to listen to our requirements, many of which were quite specific, and made sure the properties they suggested closely matched what we were looking for. They ensured the properties also fit into the budget profile and matched most of our requirements. One of the biggest plus points of this engagement apart from sourcing the right property was that they managed all negotiations and interactions with the solicitor, mortgage broker, building and pest and most importantly they managed all interactions with the real estate agent which made our buying experience significantly smoother, easier, and faster. To add to it all they ensured the timeline of the house purchase synchronized the selling of our current house. Also, the private inspections of prospective properties, allowed us to explore each space at our own pace and envision ourselves living there. Additionally, the detailed video reviews and numerous photos of the properties helped us prepare for viewings, saving us countless weekends that would have otherwise been spent attending inspections. After settling into our new home, we finally took some time to write this review and honestly, the house is a perfect fit for us and our family, and we couldn’t be happier or more satisfied with both the purchase and the entire process leading up to it. We would highly recommend Jade to anyone navigating the property market!

Jade's been brilliant! The whole process on buying an investment property was super simple, the amount of information we were given on various properties was incredible. The online platform made it super easy to see where each potential property was at and how far Jade had gotten with vetting and recommendations. Will 100% use Jade again! super impressive stuff.

I’ve been in contact with Jade since 2024 while I was saving for my deposit for my first property. When the time finally came, she presented a range of property options from across Australia and was able to secure me a property on just the second one we went for, for a great price! Jade has always been happy to answer my questions and guide me through every step of the process, sorting everything needed after the offer was accepted and making what could have been overwhelming feel straightforward and manageable. I would highly recommend Jade to anyone looking for a buyers agent, especially any other single females trying to get into the property market! Thanks so much for all your help and support throughout the whole process!!
