We teamed up with Jade and Vern to help us find our forever home. Our previous search took around eight(8) months and still required compromises, so this time we wanted to ensure we found the perfect house in the right location without settling for less. From the very beginning, they were highly professional and courteous in all their interactions. They took the time to listen to our requirements, many of which were quite specific, and made sure the properties they suggested closely matched what we were looking for. They ensured the properties also fit into the budget profile and matched most of our requirements. One of the biggest plus points of this engagement apart from sourcing the right property was that they managed all negotiations and interactions with the solicitor, mortgage broker, building and pest and most importantly they managed all interactions with the real estate agent which made our buying experience significantly smoother, easier, and faster. To add to it all they ensured the timeline of the house purchase synchronized the selling of our current house. Also, the private inspections of prospective properties, allowed us to explore each space at our own pace and envision ourselves living there. Additionally, the detailed video reviews and numerous photos of the properties helped us prepare for viewings, saving us countless weekends that would have otherwise been spent attending inspections. After settling into our new home, we finally took some time to write this review and honestly, the house is a perfect fit for us and our family, and we couldn’t be happier or more satisfied with both the purchase and the entire process leading up to it. We would highly recommend Jade to anyone navigating the property market!

I can't thank Jade and Vern from Ideal Buyers Agency enough. From day one I knew we were in excellent hands. Both working tirelessly, professionly, as a team, presenting us with a great varity of homes and locations, at the same time supporting us a long the way with information and honest feed back allowing us to secur our new home from interstate. Jade and Vern were refered to us by family members which had used Ideal Buyers Agency before and like them we wouldn't have our lovely new home with out them. Once again Jade and Vern at Ideal Buyers Agency found the perfect home. This time, as the local family member on the ground assisting for family looking to relocate from interstate. The ideal team took all the weight and stress, which allowed for an informed purchase of a property site unseen. Endless photos, videos and research into each potential property ensured no small detail was missed and the buyers could purchase with confidence. In this challenging and very competitive market, the team’s expertise makes all the difference in securing a property.
