Choosing Jillian's team at Hunter Gather Buyers' Agents was the best decision we made in our home-buying journey! I knew from the moment I spoke with Jillian that she would be the right person to help us with this immense task of purchasing our home in Brisbane (a market that we did not know well). Jillian was very responsive and the team’s efficiency and attention to detail made a usually stressful experience into something far less taxing. We were able to gain pre-market and off-market access to properties. The ability to have more time in a fast-paced, bull market like Brisbane’s is incomparable. Their ability to conduct thorough inspections of potential properties on our behalf and assess them according to our criteria—providing detailed reports, photos, and videos— saved us time and travel. However, I think the most important factor was that Jillian noticed details that we would never have thought about. Having an experienced person critically inspect homes for us was priceless. Beyond her experience in selling and now buying homes, her knowledge in renovations also allowed her to provide realistic property assessments and rough cost estimates for any projects to be considered. We learned so much from her. In fact, Jillian and Kate made the whole process so enjoyable that we actually missed seeing them every Saturday! Ultimately, their network, strategy and knowledge of the Brisbane market meant that we were able to purchase a property within budget while also meeting all of our original criteria without compromise. We truly believe this would not have been doable without her and her team. We couldn't be happier with the outstanding outcome and would not hesitate to recommend Jillian and Kate to anyone!

Can’t recommend James and Jillian enough! After trying to find a place on my own for over a year, I finally decided to get some help, and I’m so glad I did. They were always happy to answer my questions, gave great advice, and made the whole experience feel straightforward and stress-free. Even in such a competitive market, they helped me secure a great property much quicker than I thought possible. If you’re thinking about using a buyers agent, I’d definitely recommend giving James and Jillian a call!
