This company deserves every one of those 5 stars!Back in 2019 I purchased my investment property through Hot Property Buyers Agency. Zoran used his extensive knowledge of the local property market to secure me a sound property with a strong rental yield, and pleasingly, it was well under the asking price. After some initial cosmetic improvements I used the services of Hot Property Management to lease my property to various tenants over a number of years until I had the funds available to undertake a more substantial renovation. The Management team headed by Liz are incredibly professional and always a delight to work with. I never have to worry about the property as I know it is in good hands with the team managing it on my behalf.Then fast forward to the beginning of 2023. Zoran got in contact to offer me a free consultation to discuss how we could get the most out of the property after four years of being tenanted. We decided it was finally time to bite the bullet and do a full renovation of the kitchen and bathroom. I was initially worried about the costs involved and any potential overspend, however through Zoran’s renovation consulting service he was able to provide multiple competitive quotes through his extensive trade network. Following six weeks of work both spaces are now completely transformed and totally unrecognisable from the dated interior before the renovation. Plus within days of completion the management team was able to secure a good tenant at a rental price that is realistic yet reflective of the work undertaken.Needless to say that I am more than happy with the services provided and would thoroughly recommend the Hot Property team anyone.
