Living in Melbourne and aiming to secure our dream home on the Sunshine Coast seemed like a daunting task, especially during the busy period leading up to Christmas. With my husband working interstate and myself juggling full-time work and caring for our pre-school children, we had absolutely no time to fly up for house hunting or to gain any local knowledge.Bronwen was our lifeline in this complex process. She not only understood our unique situation but also empathetically managed our list of criteria for our dream home. Her guidance was invaluable, and she sometimes challenged us to adhere to our own brief, which in hindsight, was exactly what we needed.The level of care and dedication Bronwen showed went beyond our expectations. She ensured that the home was clean and in perfect condition. When we encountered an issue with the building inspection, Bronwen promptly organised for it to be rectified before the purchase. Similarly, when there was a mix-up with the keys, she efficiently managed and resolved the issue.Her kindness and helpfulness throughout the entire process were remarkable. Furthermore, her expertise in securing us a competitive price for a unique property in the area was truly impressive. We honestly could not have done this without her.For anyone looking to buy a property, especially from a distance, I cannot recommend Bronwen from Homescouts highly enough. Google Reviews needs an option for giving more than five stars because Sandra blew us away with her level of expertise and service. She really is a Forever Home expert. Right from the start she kept us on track, wouldn't let us get distracted by shiny objects (deceptively good styling!) and handled everything from attending repeat inspections, negotiating with the agent, attending for the building and pest reports and organising a structural engineer and electrical report. We're two very busy full time working professionals with young children and the fact that we didn't have to try to make time in our schedules for everything that goes with buying a house was invaluable. I genuinely believe we would not have been able to buy our Forever Home without Sandra.

We have just bought the ideal unit in New Farm, Brisbane entirely through the sustained assistance and guidance of Sandra Connors - sight unseen as we are London based but know Brisbane! We could NOT have done it without her passion, commitment and professionalism. Sandra bid for us on the day and Bron (HomeScouts founder and partner) talked us through the auction. What we paid for this service we easily recouped on the under budget price paid AND confidence in the bricks and mortar quality ascertained by visits and exhaustive research. The service is personal and totally supportive and ongoing with conveyancing solicitor interaction, pre inspection, handover etc. We could not be happier. We saved money, time, stress and made a friend!
