My business partner and I were looking for a small lot development site in or around the Mermaid Waters/Mermaid Beach area. I knew Matt through other connections on the Gold Coast and had mentioned to him that we were looking out for a site, and the details of what we were looking for. Matt went out of his way to identify a potential site for us just as it went to market but before it had been marketed, enabling us to be the first buyers to look at the site.Once we’d determined we were interested in the site, Matt assisted us to our due diligence and meticulously guided us through the entire process including the negotiation strategy for the purchase of the site. With his personal experience in small lot developments, Matt also assisted us with the detailed feasibility on the development of the site to ensure the development was profitable which was invaluable in knowing exactly what the price for the site needed to be.Matt is just a really great guy, easy to work with and a great communicator. He made the process simple and enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend Matt to anyone looking to buy a renovation or development site.

We were looking to relocate from Brisbane to the Gold Coast and were not familiar with the Gold Coast market. After talking to Matt about what we required he went above and beyond to assist us in finding the right place including attending inspections when we couldn’t, taking us through viewings across multiple weekends, and helping us with comprehensive due diligence for our shortlist of properties. We felt confident placing an offer on a house in Robina with his assistance, which we subsequently purchased and are very happy with. What stood out most in working with Matt was his dedication to the property search and knowledge of the entire buying process and the GC market. We really trusted his views on the different properties we considered. We would 100% recommend Matt to anyone looking to buy into the Gold Coast Market.
