We cannot recommend Simply Gold Coast enough and in particular Rob! Having just moved from interstate to the Gold Coast, we were completely unfamiliar with the suburbs and had no real understanding of the property values up here, and whether we were getting a good deal. Rob took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for. His knowledge of market and the Gold Coast is exceptional- not just the suburbs, but individual streets, local amenities, existing and future planned infrastructure, and all factors that can influence future property values. Throughout the process, Rob was professional , honest, responsive and incredibly easy to work with which made the whole experience smooth and stress free. Most importantly, we trusted his advice and always felt he had our best interests at heart. We are absolutely thrilled with our new home and would highly recommend Rob and the team at Simply Gold Coast!
