Genuinely caring, what seemed a daunting task to find the perfect property for our needs, turned into a stress free experience. A special shout out to our agent Donna, a dynamo with endless energy and extensive industry network - just what we needed. Highly recommend the Simply GC team to anyone in two minds about using the services of a buyer’s agent. Would do it all again with these guys!

Tony and his team are fantastic. They understood my needs immediately and were very quick to find me a home. Tony replies incredibly fast, is very kind but also honest and truly appreciates your opinion and needs. Would give him 6 stars if that existed. I would highly recommend Simply GC to anyone and would not hesitate to hire him again if I decide to move.
