Alex was such a helpful person in an industry that we were starting to lose faith in! We had been looking for a place in the Tweed region for over six months and felt all our offers were just missing out and the market was rising faster than we had expected. After another offer falling through before Christmas 2023 we were put in touch with Alex from Enjoy Property Group, despite our initial hesitation in enlisting a buyers agent. From our first phone calls and meeting, it was already a much more positive experience in searching for a home. It was good to feel that we had an agent on our side - and Alex really delivers. His attention to detail, thorough documentation and communication and experience in the building and property industry gave us more insight into the market than we could imagine. His value was evident immediately - sending us details from more open homes than we could’ve visited in any weekend with our small child in tow. He helped to navigate the market to narrow down our options and eventually finding our home for us. We are convinced we never would have been able to secure this property without Alex’s help - he has positive relationships with many agents in the area and was able to negotiate this property before it went to auction at a price that was within our budget. He easily saved us the additional money we may have needed to fork out in our own negotiation (well worth his reasonable fee). Alex supported us through the settlement process and had recommendations for local people to help with the paperwork and inspections. Alex’s insight was also helpful in suggesting future work to be done with the home - he was forthcoming with advice which was really appreciated. His service extended to the day we received the keys and he assured us to keep in touch if we need help or advice in the future. We are so grateful for Alex’s service and for his help in securing a place that our family can settle into for the long term. We would not hesitate to recommend Alex’s service. His expertise and assistance has helped us in securing our home and also extend our own knowledge of buying and owning a home. In a market that feels like it is working against buyers, support from a buyers agent like Alex is invaluable!
