I can’t recommend Coast - Joe and Gersh highly enough. After searching for the right first home for quite a while, I reached the point where the search, let alone buying, just felt overwhelming. From my very first conversation with Joe, he genuinely took the time to understand what I was looking for. Throughout the process, Joe and Gersh became trusted sounding boards. They helped me cut through the noise, focus on what actually mattered, and gave me the confidence to make decisions right for me. They challenged my thinking when I needed it, understood what I was really looking for (sometimes better than I did!), were incredibly responsive and their knowledge of the market made the whole experience so much less stressful. Now sitting in my own first home, a place that I love, and am excited to make my own - I know having Joe and Gersh in my corner was worth every cent.
