Claudette Swift Buyers Agent Perth - Reviews

We moved to WA from Victoria and engaged Claudette to help us find a home in the Western Suburbs. In early 2021 the market is crazy (lots of buyers, very few listings) - buyers are paying way over the odds for good homes and they're being snapped up super fast. Buying in this market was hard. But Claudette helped us on what I can best describe as a "journey" - a continual refinement of our must-haves/nice-to-haves and the suburbs we were happy to live in. She also helped us see how houses could be modified to meet our needs, rather than us just rejecting them right away because they weren't perfect. Claudette was very patient (we were quite finicky with our requirements at times) and proved that she just wanted us to get a good outcome. Which we did. With Claudette taking charge of the negotations, we bought a home for quite a bit less than we were prepared to pay for it, and we feel like we got an amazing house at a good price. Buyers Agents are less common in WA than in Victoria. They stop you buying a dud, or paying too much, and they help you get a fair price for the right home in a good suburb. Worth every cent.

Very professional and knowledgeable in the Perth property market. Guided me through purchasing my first property and gave absolute confidence in every decision I had to make.
