A great real estate, especially if you're new to properties and need help to get into the market. I met these fellas through a mate who had rated it fairly highly. When i came in i was completely new to the real estate scene, this being my first property. From their advice and my own research we settled on building a property down in Ballarat.They went through everything with me, including the legal work, places where to buy, my financials and taxes/rates that would apply and all that sort of stuff that would give me a headache otherwise.They never sugarcoated anything nor budge me a certain way and were always willing to drop their proposed plans for something i wanted to do. When it came time to settle on a loan and start building, they gave me a flat number for how much everything would cost, including all the rates and legal work and bank accounts and taxes and whatnot, and it hasn't deviated from that sum all and when i signed the dotted line on the mortgage they didn't leave me to my own devices, instead keeping touch with me to ensure everything was running smoothly.My house was just finished recently and its already got swarms of interested tennants wanting in, something they also said would happen.Id certainly go through these guys again, they're definitely good for it.

Our daughter bought her first property with the assistance of Stacy. She is a naturally cautious individual and was a little stressed by the process. Stacy figuratively and literally held our hand throughout the entire process and we felt much more confident with her looking after our interests. Stacy is very approachable , was always available and very much acting in our interests. Her communication was beyond reproach and we would and will use her services again in the future.
