I had a really expanding and growing 10 week real estate experience working with Joerg Mueller as my buyers agent. I didnt know the deeper ways that the real estate agencies ran, or the ways to move through buying an apartment without getting bruised and burnt. Joerg was and is a great support - he consistently and patiently described all the subtle and not so subtle ways the whole industry runs and he was very diligent , thorough and hard working. After a few conversations at the start re what I was looking for in an apartment and its surrounds , he remembered the finer details and applied these when he would view so many apartments one after the other. He clearly videoed them with a thorough narrative - pointing out the parts of the apartment that I may like or not like , and those that may have supported me.There were some days that he viewed 4 or 5 apartments in a row - as I couldnt get there due to full time work - and he did this with consistent enthusiasm. It was Joerg who found the apartment that ticked all my boxes, I couldnt have bought this one without him, I highly recommend Joerg as a buyer's agent for anyone looking to buy or invest.
