We could not have achieved our Tassie dream without Sam by our side! We recently relocated from regional Western Australia to beautiful Launceston and Sam found us our perfect house (sight unseen!). Whilst the real estate agent represents the seller, Sam represents the buyer and focuses exclusively on you. From our first phone call, we felt very comfortable dealing with Sam. She was very friendly, professional and listened to our needs. Her knowledge of the Tasmanian real estate market is expectational and was invaluable in navigating buying in Tasmania. We discovered that the selling/buying rules and regulations can be very different from state to state. Sam presented a range of properties and locations for us to consider so she could narrow down on what we were wanting. She attended home opens (both scheduled and privately organised with the agents) and presented full property reports with extensive photos and videos. She was always available to discuss the properties and the area and provide the pros and cons. We settled on a stunning new build in Riverside and Sam organised the offer documents, building inspection and settlement agent. She was actively involved with the process from offer to settlement. Sam also provided recommendations for suppliers (eg window treatments and security businesses) so we could start organising their services before arrival in Tasmania . As the property was new, there were a few hiccups with settlement but Sam negotiated with the agent/vendor for early access to coincide with our removalists and relocation. Sam's service, knowledge and communication was first class and we highly recommend her if you are buying a property in Tasmania.

I highly recommend Sam as a buyer’s agent. She is incredibly responsible, efficient, and proactive throughout the entire process. Her ability to handle matters quickly and professionally is truly impressive. Sam’s knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and attention to detail gave me complete confidence at every stage. Would highly recommend Sam if you are purchasing from interstate, we appreciated her being able to attend an open inspection on our behalf and she was able to provide local recommendations in regards to property management in addition to guiding us through the buying process which does differ somewhat in Tasmania compared to other parts of the country. She was invaluable in regards to negotiating the contract price and carrying out the pre-settlement inspection on our behalf, 5 stars.
