We were given shortlists of properties to look at, with detailed analysis for what makes the properties special, so we didn’t feel like we had to blindly follow what was given, but could feel confident in the properties we focused on.Buying in the Perth market, especially in a hot market has its many challenges, and we really appreciate Ray and Lisa’s help in the negotiation process. We were able to constantly be across what the latest offers were at, which helped inform us to make competitive offers without over paying.We were ultimately able to secure our property in less than a month. Honestly, any fee that it cost is far outweighed by the ability to confidently buy in the hot market, and between making competitive offers and property values rising month by month, it is well worth it to have Ray and Lisa helping us along the way.Ray and Lisa went far and above expectations, they are very connected with property managers, tax agents, conveyancers and all the other steps involved in buying property, and was able to connect us with them.I would highly recommend Ray and Lisa to anyone looking to buy property in Perth, and would no doubt come back to them if we were ever to look for another property here. As a Melbourne resident looking for an investment property in Perth, I needed expert assistance from someone who knew Perth well, understood the market dynamics and could inspect properties on my behalf. In Ray (Buyers Advocate Perth), I could not have hope to make a better choice. I had expected a Buyers Advocate to find me appropriate properties, inspect, advise and negotiate the purchase. However, with Ray I was surprised to get so much more than this. From initial research, to frank advice, to not only suburb but actually Street profiling (usually down to section of the street), inspection, suggestions on works which would need to be done and cost estimates, to liaising with potential agents for me to use, conveyancers, insurers...the list goes on. Effectively, Ray acted on my behalf, with transparency, honesty, eagerness and professionalism (better than I probably would have done myself) at all times. His analytical approach, coupled with real life practical knowledge on the property industry, helped put my mind at ease that I was making the best decision possible. On top of that, I also had his wife and business partner assisting in the search/research. They are both lovely people and act with immense integrity. I would not hesitate in recommending them to others, and if I am in a position to purchase again, would not hesitate in engaging Ray again. We recently worked with Ray and Lisa to purchase an investment property, and we genuinely couldn’t be happier with the experience. We’re extremely busy, so this purchase simply wouldn’t have happened without their support. They were detailed and thorough at every stage of the process, always on top of the finer points and making sure nothing slipped through the cracks. Their communication was excellent. They were quick, responsive, and always clear. We felt guided and well-supported the entire way through. We’re very happy with the final outcome and the property we secured. I’ll admit we had some hesitation about the cost at the beginning, but looking back, their expertise and the time they saved us made their service absolutely worth it.
