Sally helped us future‑proof our move to the Sunshine Coast and we couldn’t be happier. We were referred to Sally from Baxter & Mason by friends who had used Sally’s services previously. From the very first conversation we knew we were in safe hands. We’re planning to relocate to the Sunshine Coast in a few years and wanted to buy an investment property now to set ourselves up for the future. Initially, we were looking at high‑yielding units, but Sally took the time to explain the realities of unit ownership - body corporate fees, sinking funds, special levies and the fact that units often don’t grow in value as strongly as houses. She didn’t push us; she educated us. It completely changed our thinking. Sally showed us the benefits of dual‑income properties compared to units or houses at the same price point, and the strategy made perfect sense for our long‑term goals. Thanks to her guidance, we purchased a beautiful dual‑income property in Palmwoods with an approx 5.2% rental yield. It wasn’t a standard builder‑grade investment - it had a lovely finish, a big yard, great layout and strong rental appeal. The numbers stacked up perfectly, and the property gives us multiple options when we move to the Coast. We can sell and use the equity to buy our dream home, or we can live in the 3‑bedroom side and continue earning rent from the 2‑bedroom unit. It’s flexible, smart and exactly what we needed.
