I cannot speak highly enough of Nick and the team at Barr and Co. Purchasing a property on the Sunshine Coast while being based in Melbourne felt daunting and quite honestly may not have been possible without Nick’s professionalism guidance and unwavering support. From day one Nick genuinely listened. He took the time to fully understand exactly what we needed what mattered to us and what would work both financially and strategically. He then delivered on everything he said he would and more. Nick’s insight and deep local knowledge of the Sunshine Coast market were invaluable. He provided clarity where there was uncertainty confidence where there was risk and calm practical advice at every step of the process. What could have been a stressful experience was made seamless and well managed because we knew we were in capable hands. I can say without hesitation that I would never purchase another property on the Sunshine Coast without engaging Nick and his team. If we could add another 5 stars to make it a 10, we would! Nick and the team are truly epic, but I’d say there’s something X factor about Nick’s offering, skillset and passion for the industry. Always calm, forever positive, flexible as the brief changed, went above and beyond several times for us - we are very grateful for the service received and the superb outcome. Nick’s connection across and beyond Sunshine Coast is strong and his deep local knowledge is worth its weight in gold - saving us countless hours, driving to open homes and money.
