We engaged with Andrew to find a property for us in Brisbane. As inter-state buyers from Victoria with not much family or friends in Brisbane, we had zero idea about the property market or locations especially given there was no price indications on properties together with additional fire and flooding zones to consider. Having spoken to a few different buyers agents, Andrew clearly stood out as he was very genuine, unpretentious and not just wanting another client for his business, together with a reasonable pricing structure. Based on our requirements in an ideal home, Andrew set our expectations clear on all fronts including budget, location, what compromises we may need to make etc before we started on the journey. From identifying potential properties in suburbs to due diligence to negotiations with the seller and subsequent follow-ups, Andrew did a great job with prompt communication and we enjoyed the whole process thoroughly. Thanks to all the hard work, we found a beautiful home in a beautiful suburb just before Christmas. We would highly recommend Andrew to anyone who is looking to engage a buyer's agent.And wouldnt hesitate to use Andrew again if we ever had to purchase another property.
