This is the second time Allen Real Estate Buyer's Agency have supported us in our purchase and like the first time, we have been very pleased with the level of service and professionalism the team has been able to provide to us. We had an excellent experience working with the team of Andrew, Micah, and Vincent. They understood our brief and gave us honest and unambiguous advice, clearly articulating which properties met our requirements, and which to disregard (and why). They guided us in understanding what was fair value, and assisted us with considered, competitive offers. Once successful, they clearly laid out the steps for us to follow, facilitated building and pest inspections, conveyancing, recommended property management etc. They also even managed to get a last-minute discount on price after identifying an issue during the pre-settlement inspections. Their communication and responsiveness throughout the process was excellent, and I would absolutely use them again if we look to buy again in Brisbane.
