The Consultant does not care at all. She would like to hang up the phone even I am not yet done speaking, so rude. The valuation took more than 2 weeks to be completed. So worst than other Valuer Companies..

Bank sent them out. They undervalued our house significantly. It's now late October 2021 and report states they compared it to house sales from back in February 2021, when the median house price was $500k less. If that was their approach, why did they even bother coming out?

Advised they'd complete a valuation last week. Advised this week they were busy and would get to it when they can. Cooling off period ending in a week so had to cancel and re-order. If you cant do the job in time, dont pick it up. People risk losing hunders of thousands of dollars if they missing...
