I have to say this was one of the best experiences of my life in purchasing my dream apartment on the Sunshine Coast through this agency. Steve was fantastic. He introduced me to Rachael who did all the ground work. Following our on-line conference in which I described my preferences Rachael searched the Caloundra area for properties that met my interest within my price range. As properties were becoming scare in Caloundra in the lead up to Christmas she cast an eye to Maroochydore, where I had originally looked but thought that properties there were above my price range. She found a delightful 2BR apartment on the waterfront that was coming up for auction. I honestly wasn't expecting to get it, but on the night I found myself the new owner! Rachael followed up as well with her recommendation to take up property insurance and recommended a property agent to manage the property. I could not have been more happy with her professionalism throughout the experience. Their fees and charges are at the low end of other buyer's agents so I thoroughly recommend their services.

I cannot recommend Steve and his team highly enough. Having originally engaged them to purchase my current home, their exceptional service and deep market knowledge made the entire process seamless and stress free. Steve's negotiation skills were excellent and he managed to secure significant financial savings which I would not have been able to achieve myself.
