Michelle & Linda bring extensive local market knowledge and significant real estate industry experience to buyers looking for their next home. I had moved to the Coast without much knowledge and purchased the wrong home for me and my son – it was the wrong layout, street & suburb, it flooded and was never going to provide us with the lifestyle and community we were after. I engaged Linda & Michelle for a number of reasons – to have someone in my corner helping me find a home that met the brief for our family, to help me avoid the mistakes I made with the first purchase, to leverage their local knowledge of the areas that would best align to what I was looking for and for support with speaking with agents, particularly during the negotiation process. It’s hard to put into words the value I placed on their offering. Ultimately, they protected me from myself and my emotions and kept me thinking of not just now but the future resale and attractiveness of the property down the track. The result was that I paid significantly less (including their fee) than what I would have paid had I been managing the negotiation myself. They help you stick to you brief and remind you of all the things you said were important during the initial briefing, help you navigate trade-offs as you face the reality of tension of your long wish list and the inevitable constraints of budget and are able to share properties that aren’t in the public domain yet, giving you an earlier look to everyone else looking for their next property. Michelle and Linda are warm, caring and were genuinely invested in my successful outcome. You can see it gives them true joy and pleasure to help you find your perfect home – the one you get ‘all the feels” when you enter. Two weeks into being in our new home and those feels haven’t gone away every time I step inside the front door. Both the emotional and financial outcome far outweighed my expectations. As a busy working family of five relocating from Sydney, we had very limited time to travel or conduct our own property search. We want to express our sincere gratitude to Michelle Tucker and the Spring Buyers Agency team. Deciding to leave Sydney and buy on the Central Coast in 2025 was a huge step for us – as our whole life was in Sydney. When we started to look, the knowledge gap of the region was challenging to close. We found it difficult to confidently know which street was good, which was not so good, lifestyle fit, flood risks, and property history. We knew we needed the help of a buyer’s agent.
