Speaking with Simon and Jacob the first thing that came across was a real sense that they were interested in what I was looking for as a home buyer. They were incredibly patient and took their time to clearly understand my criteria for purchasing a house, and there were no fees paid until I was satisfied that they knew exactly what I was looking for.Both Simon and Jacob made themselves available to me for any questions that I had, as well as provided good reccommendations for associated services such as soliciting and mortgage broking, which proved both valuable and informative. When possible, I also attended house inspections with them so that we could discuss how well a house suited my criteria, what that area/suburb was doing in terms of growth and environment, as well as sharing general knowledge on housing and real estate.After putting in a few offers, I was able to secure an off market property, that fit my criteria, at a price under the properties value through Jacob and Simons knowledge and negotiating ability. Im extremely pleased with my purchase and highly reccommend JSC Property Investments if you are thinking about buying a house, but are wary of the industry like I was, and want to ensure you are getting what you want out of your real estate purchase.

I bought our property with JWC in 2023 and sold with JWC in 2025. Very happy with the approach and service offered by the team. JWCs USP is that Jensen speaks a number of major Asian languages and understands the needs and interests of this important client base extremely well. He’s also realistic and attentive to the needs of buyers and sellers alike. very professional and prompt with enquiries. I’ve no hesitation recommending JWC.
