As a first time home buyer with no experience in property market, heard of all the stressful stories from my colleagues, friends and family members, I was so lost and unsure of where to start, physically and mentally drained and on top of that I was juggling with the very busy work schedules. From the first video call with Leigh, I could feel that I found the right person. I was so pleased that he explained to me about the process like a 5th grader the whole time with bite size information which made me less overwhelm. Leigh was very knowledgeable, down to earth person, always patient and responsive with no matter how small or big questions I had. He was always enthusiastic with his job, and always on time with the appointments. He even gave me numerous times of lift to different places for inspections. Within a month, Leigh helped me secure a beautiful two bedrooms villa unit with a lower price which gave me extra cash flow. He gave me detailed advice which made the buying process a lot faster than I thought. I was very relieved, calm during the whole process moreover, save me a lot time! I didn’t even feel like I was buying a house. Even my family and friends were very amazed with the process I went through. I would use the Buyer’s Advocate service again in the future and I recommend to anyone who wants to buy a property for any reason. I can't thank Leigh enough for his help finding me my first home. After months of searching on my own, trying to navigate a market I didn't fully understand, and negotiating (poorly) with real estate agents, I reached out on the recommendation of my broker. From our first conversation I knew Leigh was the right choice - he was kind, knowledgeable and realistic about what I should be looking for within my budget. It was such a load off my shoulders having him attend inspections for me when I was at work. He was also happy to sense check my own finds and make recommendations on whether or not they would be a sensible buy. All up I think it was only about a month before we found my dream apartment, and the offer process from my side was so straightforward, because Leigh handled everything. I didn't even have to speak to the agent until after the deal was done. His clever strategy undoubtedly saved me 10-20k on the final price. I honestly pinch myself that I ended up in the apartment I got, and I couldn't have done it without Leigh. If you're a first home buyer who is looking for someone to truly advocate for them, I'd strongly recommend going with him.
